DEINOS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At DEINOS, we build exclusive, limited-run pieces. Because of the highly limited nature of our drops, our return and refund guidelines are structured to protect our inventory while ensuring a clear and fair experience for our community.

1. Standard Returns & Eligibility

We enforce a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us directly at deinosfashion@gmail.com.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with explicit instructions on how and where to ship your package.

3. Partial Payments & Deposit Orders

If you chose to secure your items using our Partial Payment / Installment option at checkout, the following terms apply:

  • Your initial partial payment instantly reserves your item from our highly limited stock, making it unavailable to other shoppers.

  • If you fail to complete your remaining automated payments within the specified timeline or choose to cancel your order before it ships, your order will be cancelled.

  • To cover inventory holding costs and administrative fees, the initial partial payment amount is non-refundable if the order is abandoned or cancelled by the customer.

4. Damages, Issues & Final Sale Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours at deinosfashion@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exclusions: Custom products, special orders, or highly personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items, promotional drops, or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the piece and size you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

7. Refunds Processing

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return package to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional processing time for your bank, credit card company, or partial payment gateway to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at deinosfashion@gmail.com.
